Follow the steps below to use Immersive View in locations where the feature is available: Ensure you have the latest version of Google Maps from the Play Store or App Store. This guide is valid for both Android and iOS devices. Launch the Google Maps app, and search for a city that supports Immersive View. For instance, we'll use Paris in this guide. Now: Tap on a landmark icon on the map to display its details below the map. For instance, the Eiffel Tower is the landmark in this case. Below the Directions button, tap to open the Immersive View card and again tap on it on the next page. Wait for the loading process to complete, and after that, you can explore the location by zooming in or out, single-tap to zoom into a specific place, or double-tap to move to another area on the map. If you wish to check the weather in the location, tap the Time & Weather button on the map.
